You control what information is visible on your profile. Your email is never shown to other users.
Community Guidelines
Habesha Connect is a respectful community built on shared culture and values. All members must:
- Treat all members with respect and kindness
- Use real photos and accurate information on your profile
- Never share another user's personal information
- Not send inappropriate, offensive or harassing messages
- Not use the app for commercial purposes or spam
- Be 18 years or older to use the platform
- Not impersonate other people or create fake profiles
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate account suspension.
Safe Dating Tips
We want every member to have a safe and positive experience:
- Take your time getting to know someone before meeting in person
- Never share your home address, financial details or passwords with matches
- Meet for the first time in a public place
- Tell a friend or family member where you are going
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is
- Never send money to someone you have not met in person
- Video call before meeting to confirm identity
Protecting Your Privacy
We take your privacy seriously at Habesha Connect:
- Your email address is never visible to other users
- You choose what personal information to share
- You can delete your account and all data at any time
- We never sell your data to third parties
- All data is stored securely using Google Firebase

If you experience any safety concerns, harassment or inappropriate behaviour, please contact us immediately. We review all reports within 24 hours.
